Dear Sir or Madam,
I'd like to file a complaint about the infringement of the copyright figure's name Peter Pan and the name Neverland in China, by the individual Zhan Xiao and his fan group.
You might already have heard of Zhan Xiao and his fans who he himself named Xiaofeixia, which is Peter Pan in Chinese. For more than a year his fans have acted infamously under the cover of that name, including the follows:
a) framing Ning Yan (a known and respected biologist) for academic cheating;
b) falsifying a respected doctor's last words to suit their own interest, the doctor was an admired figure who deceased in our combat with the novel coronovirus;
c) reporting the website Archieve of Our Own (AO3) and causing it banned in China. The name Neverland also appeared in his official campaigns;
d) the individual Zhan Xiao himself is also infamous for his demeaning and disgusting words toward women, while his fans have shown a strong discrimmination towards homosexuals.
My parents and I are all fond of Ning Yan, and I'm a user of AO3, we didn't even know who Zhan Xiao and his fans are before the three events but now these news have been known to an enormous number of people, as well as his fan's name, Xiaofeixia.
Peter Pan was of great meanings to me, as it was one of my favourite fairy tales in my childhood. But now that these things happend, I can't see the name Peter Pan without thingking about Zhan Xiao's fans and their disgusting deeds. The attitude is shared by my parents and most of my friends. Thus, I sincerely hope you can retrieve the names misused and bring this individual into court for the damage he and his fans have done to your figures, and give Peter Pan back to us.
